SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

All items marked as "In Stock" and available for purchase are stocked in our warehouse. All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs depending on the order volume we are experiencing, please allow 5-10 days delivery if you selected Standard Shipping at checkout. We offer a 3-5 day express service option with DHL.

All standard delivery parcels are sent via EMS and all prices include tracking & insurance. Once your order is fulfilled by us you will be sent your tracking number via the e-mail address you provided at checkout.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
    We pick, pack and process your order as fast as possible once you have clicked the ‘BUY NOW’ button. Due to this we are unable to make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, sizes or removing items from your order. Your local courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

    For standard Australian deliveries, if you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you of the missed delivery and where they may be picked up.
    Agent Eighteen is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

      INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

      For International orders we use EMS, we also offer a DHL Express option at additional cost. If you require a specific service or instruction please specify in the "notes" section on checkout and we will see if it is available.
      All International orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days for Standard Shipping and 3-5 working days for DHL dependant on location.
      Postage is Free and tracking is always provided via automated e-mail.

      TAXES AND DUTIES

      All orders are packed and fulfilled by our warehouse in China.  Customers may be liable for any customs and import duty and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties. We will go to every effort in order to eliminate these potential charges, in most instances your order is likely to fall under the tax free threshold for your country, if not there are options. It is extremely rare that any of our customers are charged Taxes and or duties on their purchases.

      OUR TERMS

      - Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
      - Item must be unworn and returned in original condition.
      - Product must have all tags, including all AGNT hangtags, attached.
      - Any product marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
      - All returns must include the original packaging (Excluding postal labels)

      * We do not offer Free Returns on "Sale Items" Any items purchased during a Sale/Promotion will incur the following charges:

      Customer will be responsible for return postage costs.

      REFUNDS & PROCESSING*

      If you wish to return an item you may do so in accordance with the following:

      - You must notify AGNT within 30 days of accepting delivery of the Item and arrange return of the Item within 30 days after notification.
      - You must notify AGNT by email people@agenteighteen.com to obtain a RA number (Return Authorisation number)
      - You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice or email confirmation from AGNT.
      - Item must be returned using the returns satchel provided. (Excludes Sale items)
      - We only accept returns or exchanges for purchases made on the Agent Eighteen website - www.agenteighteen.com
      - Refunds or Store credits will be processed upon receipt of the returned item/s. You will be notified via email once processed.

      * Refunds will incur the following charges:

      - Orders between $50 - $150 will be refunded less a $30 Postage/Handling Fee
      - Orders between $150 - $300 will be refunded less a $50 Postage/Handling Fee
      - Order above $300 will be refunded less a $60 Postage/Handling Fee

      WHOLESALE


      If you are an online store or bricks and mortar store and would like to stock Agent Eighteen products you can easily sign up for a drop ship or wholesale account or both. We offer Free worldwide shipping to all our drop shippers and wholesale account holders, we ship direct from our central warehouse in China. There is no cost to sign up for a wholesale account, but you must complete the following steps:

      1. Create and account (Select "Register" from the Login drop down menu in the header and enter your details)
      2. Request that we convert your account into a drop ship or wholesale account by emailing wholesale@agenteighteen.com please provide your registration email, Name, website and shop name.

      After your application has been approved you will be sent a confirmation email. Every order you place must meet the following criteria to activate your wholesale discount, which you'll view as you browse our online shop:

      - You must be signed into your account to view wholesale pricing
      - You must order a minimum of 5 units to be eligible for wholesale discount

      (Please Note: Drop Ship accounts have no minimum order but slightly less margin. If you are after a Drop Ship and a Wholesale account you need to apply for two individual logins with separate email addresses.)

      All wholesale orders are shipped via International Courier and full tracking is provided. We also have a DHL option available for express deliveries.
